I drink white wine occasionally - I find red doesn't "go" with fish.

Goes brilliantly with other white meats, though.

He is Chairman of a Surrey non league club and did play for Fulham for a long time so not a surprise if he lives there.
Probably drinks white wine too.

I had a brief chat with him last year at the traffic lights in Commercial Road and he was heading east after a Fulham game so it's possible.
